Our people are what makes us. We want to ensure that everyone in the company feels supported and knows where to access the help they may need. Wellbeing is central to this and through our Wellbeing Committee we provide resources and guidance so that each employee can build out their own mental wellbeing support strategy, which may include accessing our extensive EAP or Able Futures support programme.
We're always striving to understand how we can do better for our employees. All staff take part in a weekly pulse survey which gives the business a view of our teams' needs in real time, meaning that we can pivot quickly. We're also big fans here of celebrating each other's successes. Our peer recognition system - 'Pat on The Back' and 'Delivery Superhero' nominations are everyone's highlight of the month.

We are looking for someone to work across our range of brands including Gorillas, Buzz Bingo and The Electoral Commission, reporting directly into the Head of AV and Chief Investment Officer and collaborating closely with our wider team of media specialists.
One of the key first hires for a new trading team within the MSQ group, this role requires the individual to have a start-up mentality and be willing to help shape products, strategy and processes.
Working across some of our most loved clients such as Chiltern Railways, The Electoral Commission, Leigh Day, Buzz Bingo, to name a few, as our Planning Account Director you will have the day-to-day responsibility for the planning and delivery of effective cross-channel campaigns which help to grow our clients’ businesses.
You will work with the Biddable Account Director to devise intelligently planned, innovative digital media recommendations for key agency clients across different verticals and different budget levels.
Working with our Head of Digital Strategy and reporting to our Director of Paid Media, across Paid Search and Paid Social to develop market leading strategies for a number of our biggest clients, and prospective clients across new business pitches.
You will have day-to-day responsibility for supporting the Strategy & Planning team in planning and delivering effective cross-channel campaigns which help to grow our clients’ businesses.
