We're a team of 65 media enthusiasts with diverse talent across media planning & buying, data & analytics, creative and martech.

We could try to tell you what it’s like to work at Walk-In Media and all the reasons why we think it’s great, but let’s face it, we’ll sound like every other agency and it won’t be a true reflection of us. So we’d rather some of our people tell you themselves:

Georgina Evenden

Client Partner

Our people are what makes us. We want to ensure that everyone in the company feels supported and knows where to access the help they may need. Wellbeing is central to this and through our Wellbeing Committee we provide resources and guidance so that each employee can build out their own mental wellbeing support strategy, which may include accessing our extensive EAP or Able Futures support programme.

Holly Misra

HR Manager

We're always striving to understand how we can do better for our employees. All staff take part in a weekly pulse survey which gives the business a view of our teams' needs in real time, meaning that we can pivot quickly. We're also big fans here of celebrating each other's successes. Our peer recognition system - 'Pat on The Back' and 'Delivery Superhero' nominations are everyone's highlight of the month.

Gurveena Sungha

Our Group Diversity & Inclusion Council is dedicated to learning, education and sharing ideas that will break down barriers whilst strengthening our existing inclusive initiatives. We're striving for equal opportunities for all demographics, and for a workplace environment in which every team member is comfortable, informed and open to change.
