Our people are what makes us. We want to ensure that everyone in the company feels supported and knows where to access the help they may need. Wellbeing is central to this and through our Wellbeing Committee we provide resources and guidance so that each employee can build out their own mental wellbeing support strategy, which may include accessing our extensive EAP or Able Futures support programme.

All staff take part in a weekly pulse survey which gives the business a view of our teams' needs in real time, meaning that we can pivot quickly. We are looking for an experienced Digital Media professional to join our growing Digital Media team as a Digital Account Director. You could be a Senior Account Manager looking for that step up you have been waiting on, or an established Account Director looking for a change of scenery and diversifying your client base experience.

As Account Manager you will work with the Digital Account Director and Head of Digital Planning to devise intelligently planned, innovative digital media recommendations for key agency clients across different verticals and different budget levels.

Working across some of our most loved clients such as Chiltern Railways, The Electoral Commission, Leigh Day, Buzz Bingo, to name a few, as our Planning Account Director you will have the day-to-day responsibility for the planning and delivery of effective cross-channel campaigns which help to grow our clients’ businesses.

You will support on brand planning both annually and across the year, manage requests, and help to deliver best-in-class planning for our clients. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues across the group from different functions including Creative, PR and Production to ensure the best delivery and service for your client patch.

The nature of our client base will see your role vary from month to month: whilst at its core your day-to-day responsibilities will lie in the planning, management and delivery against these outcomes, one month might see you buying TV and VOD, and the next, print, radio and outdoor. All we ask for is a solid knowledge base of TV, and we can teach you the rest – anything extra is a bonus!
